Yesterday for Family Home Evening(mon night) we went hiking. I've been dieing to spend some major good quality time with Kurt, and it was perfect. This week Kurt is in between semesters so we had to do something before he started his last and final semester next week! We went up to Brighton Ski Resort and from their we hiked up to Dog Lake and Mary's Lake. As you can see from the pictures it was beautiful. It was a mile up and a mile down.
Next time we want to go to Lake Kathrine and Albion Basin.

I was perfect we got down to the car just right before dark. On the way down I picked a bouquet of wild flowers aren't they gorgeous!

Such fun pictures! Ok, so the flowers make me laugh! I love that you are always just randomly picking flowers and creating your own bouquets to put on your table. You crack me up!
I'm glad you guys were able to make the most of the school break! The Utah mountain trails are so beautiful! I need to get myself up there sometime this summer!
BTW, it was great that we were able to fool you about the house thing temporarily--Jared was SO pleased!:)
I love your pictures. Holy cow! You inspire me to take the Dog Lake Hike. I feel a little naive...is the entrance in Millcreek Canyon, or am I way off?
The entrance to the trail is right by the lodge at Brighton Ski Resort. It's sooo fun!
