Oquirrh Mountian Temple

"Consider your circumstances, of when you can and will participate in temple ordinances. Then do not allow anything to interfere with that plan. This pattern will guarentee that those who live in the shadow of a temple will be as blessed as are those who plan far ahead and make a long trip to the temple."
Elder Richard G Scott

Next Sunday is the dedication of Utah's 13th LDS temple the Oquirrh Mountian Temple. I'm so grateful to live in Utah to have access to temples so close. We are so blessed. There is no price that the blessings of the temple bring to us.

Augest 1st was the last day of the openhouse. I just got back from girls camp and my sister Keshia and her boyfriend Juan were in town. I jumped online and saw that there were five tickets left I grabbed 3 and we went(Kurt was on a buisness trip). I was overwhelmed with the beauty. I don't want to play favorites but this temple is high on the list. It was so open and peaceful.

Beehive Camp

This year our stake went on a Trek. Since the beehives didn't attend trek we took them on a overnighter campout. It was a lot of fun! The girls were so fun to be with and so excited to be there. All the prep was totally worth it.

All of us.

Got to love girls Camp! Dinner and a movie was my favorite part. We had tin foil dinners and while we watched the movie "Testements" projected on a white sheet hung across two trees we ate peach cobbler. Got to love Girls Camp!
